Below are some examples of the type of work we have completed.

Strategic marketing and communications

Created a strong value proposition for a niche care provider, establishing its brand values, positioning and messaging to build a strong brand and awareness of its services to enable it to successfully compete in a competitive environment. Resulted in the provider operating at high occupancy levels across its portfolio of care services throughout the country.


Developed an integrated marketing communications strategy that created high-profile and high-impact media activity to build the organisation’s reputation.  Established a process for the management of crisis communications in a regulated environment, developing a robust strategy with specific procedures, contingency plans and media responses to protect reputation during a crisis.

Developed and implemented a nationwide health promotion campaign. Used insight from research to develop an integrated communications campaign that engaged audience. Used a variety of digital and offline strategies, media and PR across all platforms. Delivered on campaign objectives to challenge attitudes and behaviour towards health message. Created opportunities to maximise reach, media attention and income for organisation.


Created and implemented a strategic internal communications programme for a large care operator to all levels of staff at its multiple sites. The programme engaged staff in its change programme transforming the way in which its care services were delivered.

 

Service improvement and compliance

Set-up and developed a service improvement function for a national care provider to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance was met across its multiple sites of services for older people. 


The new function worked with staff to ensure they understood how to maintain high standards of service delivery in accordance with statutory and regulatory compliance, customer expectations and business objectives.

 

Created and produced guidance materials, including policies and procedures, for staff working at all levels to ensure best practice guidelines were followed and incorporated into the business. This included the development of audit tools and templates for support staff and managers to use to assess the quality and compliance status of their service. 


Created KPIs and management reports to enable the senior management team to monitor progress and identity issues.

Generating income and profitability

Working for a large health organisation, identified and developed initiatives to create new income streams to secure support from corporate partners and donors to achieve revenue targets.


Developed a range of fundraising initiatives for a small charity to increase donations from individuals, organisations and trusts resulting in increased

income to fund the charity’s work.


Developed marketing and sales initiatives to generate enquiries and convert leads to customers for a care provider to ensure occupancy levels were met and remained high at its  locations throughout the country. Resulted in occupancy levels of 94%-100% compared to a sector average of 89%.
