Tapestry is an innovative social business and registered charity working to provide personalised and affordable care and support for adults and older people in their own homes. Tapestry is committed to supporting people to remain independent and live a positive and fulfilling life. Their services include homecare, foot care, wellbeing centres, dementia care and support, and a comprehensive advisory service. In addition, Tapestry provide an unrivalled food service promoting nutrition and healthy living for people in later life.

Tapestry like many social care providers had seen the funding of their services significantly impacted by the reduction of block contracts and local government budgetary constraints. There was evidence of growing demand for care and support services in their community, however escalating costs meant that they needed to review and develop commercial approaches to their business model.
As a forward-looking social enterprise business and a reputable provider in its community, Tapestry structured its operations to develop care packages that were innovative to meet people’s changing needs, identify new income and funding streams in order to facilitate growth, whilst remaining at the forefront of development of its services to adults and older people.

Our work with the Tapestry team has been to develop a comprehensive multi-channel marketing and communications plan that works in alignment with the business plan.

We have helped the team to find clarity and focus for their marketing efforts and identify opportunities for growth and development, particularly within the private social care market.

We have also provided input and support to the creation and development of various marketing assets, including promotional materials.
