Birchgrove is a new brand in the retirement living market. We were approached to work with the team at the outset when they were developing their strategy to create a portfolio of assisted living developments within and around the M25, offering contemporary apartments for rent in brand-new, purpose-built facilities. The developments are fully owned and operated by Birchgrove to offer best-in-class accommodation, facilities and support for people in later life.
As a new entity in the market the challenge was to design and deliver the brand strategy that captured the essence of the Birchgrove offer, manage the development of the visual identity including the creation of a variety of marketing assets.
In addition, we worked closely with the executive team to define customer profiles to aid the development of the customer offer, so that future sales and marketing activities were appropriately targeted to the right audience.
Our role with Birchgrove is one of hands-on support, to manage the marketing and communications function with the team and enable them to meet their business objectives.
As a retained service to Birchgrove we have worked extensively with the team to create and develop their brand strategy and launch activities. This includes the planning, management and implementation of a variety of marketing and communications initiatives, for example promotional materials, site hoardings, the development and launch of the sales and marketing suite, stakeholder events to name a few.
We also manage all digital assets for Birchgrove to include the website, social media channels and digital campaigns.
As a long-standing client, our relationship with Birchgrove has evolved to grow with the business and we have been instrumental in supporting this growth as new services and sites are added to the portfolio.
